1. Annealing、Normalizing、 Quenching and Tempering for large and small parts, processing workpiece length up to 4.5 meters, the weight up to 8 tons.
2. heat treatment for finished parts without oxidation, using the company's unique advanced protection technology, high in quality and low in price.
3. vacuum sealed carburizing + carbonitriding treatment.
4. Vacuum gas nitriding for large,medium and small parts(Ferrite soft nitriding, austenitic nitriding, + oxidative blackening), maximum workpiece length up to 4.5 meters and weight up to 4 tons.
5. heat treatment for large and medium sized mold with little oxidation, using the company's unique advanced protection technology, high in quality and low in price.
6. Black oxidation treatment for large and medium-sized parts. anti-corrosion performance is several times than the ordinary blackening.
7.sand blasting treatment for all the parts, if necessary.
8.Bright annealing of copper alloy,solution+aging of aluminum alloy.
